The Epic MyChart Analyst will configure and enhance MyChart features that impact patient scheduling, access, and engagement. They will collaborate with operational analysts and support testing and troubleshooting of MyChart access workflows.
Candidates must have Epic MyChart Certification and strong experience configuring patient-facing workflows in Epic. They should also possess strong troubleshooting and testing skills and the ability to collaborate across various teams.
This is a remote position. Epic MyChart Analyst – Patient Access Project Position Type: Full-Time Contract (3 months initial; planned 1-year extension) Location: Remote Start Date: Early October Overview We are seeking an Epic MyChart Analyst to join the Patient Access Project team. This individual will configure and enhance MyChart features that directly impact patient scheduling, access, and engagement. Responsibilities Configure MyChart patient portal workflows for scheduling, referrals, and access. Collaborate with operational analysts to align portal functionality with business needs. Support testing and troubleshooting of MyChart access workflows. Provide documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer to teams. Ensure compliance with security and patient communication standards. Requirements Qualifications Epic MyChart Certification (required). Strong experience configuring patient-facing workflows in Epic. Ability to collaborate across clinical, access, and IT teams. Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.
