Position Type: Full-Time Contract (3 months initial; planned 1-year extension) Location: Remote Start Date: Early October Overview We are seeking a dedicated Epic Cadence Analyst to join our Patient Access Project team. The analyst will support build, configuration, and optimization of Epic scheduling workflows to improve patient access and operational efficiency. This role requires Epic Cadence certification and strong collaboration skills with operational teams. Responsibilities Configure and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling workflows. Partner with Patient Access, Scheduling, and Registration teams to validate requirements. Support integration with related modules such as Referrals and MyChart. Troubleshoot and resolve build and workflow issues. Develop testing scenarios and validate build with end-users. Document build decisions and provide knowledge transfer. Requirements Qualifications Epic Cadence Certification (required). Experience supporting Epic Cadence build, testing, and optimization. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Prior Patient Access or scheduling project experience preferred.
