Technical Business Analyst Remote Position Overview The Technical Business Analyst will work within the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) group under Technology Applications, supporting the ServiceNow platform — the organization’s core IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. The role involves collaborating closely with development teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow capabilities across Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration (CMDB), and Request Management modules. Required Skills Candidates must be proficient in the following areas: ServiceNow development experience with a deep understanding of coding standards and best practices Technical and functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its architecture Proven ability to lead and liaise with technical development teams Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles Facilitation and communication skills to manage discussions across multiple functional groups Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting to management and stakeholders Agile methodology experience Experience with Change Management and Configuration Management tools (e.g., VersionOne, ServiceNow) Knowledge of Problem/Risk Management processes Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead client meetings and serve as the primary client relationship liaison Act as the interface between business stakeholders and development teams Conduct research and development (R&D) to explore new ServiceNow features, configurations, and capabilities Support project planning, requirement gathering, and documentation to ensure successful delivery within Agile sprints Expected Deliverables Documentation of requirements, designs, and sprint progress ServiceNow configuration recommendations and technical guidance Client-facing status reports and enhancement proposals Education Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in a related field required
