Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of carpenter. This role requires a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of construction, including but not limited to framing, trim carpentry, and restoration. Responsibilities • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Participate in siding and cabinet installation projects • Carry out maintenance person duties including caulking, door hanging, and fixture installation • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Experience Candidates should possess a diverse skill set that includes: • Proven min 4 yr experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry • Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and physical demands of the job • Background in restoration industry practices is highly desirable • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person
