Full Description

Short Sale Cooperative, America’s leading short sale and distressed real estate firm, is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to help manage over 300 active MLS listings across most of the United States. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and have a strong grasp of MLS platforms like Canopy/Matrix (or similar), we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: • MLS Management – List and update properties across 44 states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending and short sale guidelines. • Market Research – Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) and monitor local market conditions to price properties competitively. • Social Media Management - Maintain multiple profiles and channels, not only for the purposes of selling listings, but to promote company services as well • Vendor Coordination – Arrange professional photography, site visits, and work with local vendors to enhance listing quality. • Regulatory Compliance – Adhere to lender and industry requirements specific to distressed property sales. • Support the Team – Learn other non-marketing skills, like administrative support, document filing, and taking service calls to help backup other associates when available. What You Need to Succeed: • At least 2 years of full-time, high-volume real estate experience on a top producing team. • Qualified professional references to support the above • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of listings with precision. • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with agents, vendors, and lenders. • A proactive and adaptable work ethic to thrive in a fast-moving real estate environment.
