Client Success Specialist About the Role Touchpoint Labs is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team. This role requires a self-sufficient professional who can work independently to guide clients through established processes and systems. You’ll be responsible for providing precise, step-by-step support that helps clients implement our platform correctly and achieve consistent results. Your work will involve mastering our software platform and related technologies, then creating detailed documentation and training materials that ensure clients follow proven methods to reach their business goals. Key Responsibilities • Build strong relationships with a portfolio of Touchpoint Labs clients, understanding their objectives and helping them achieve measurable improvements in their business. • Operate and become proficient in Touchpoint Labs’ software platform and a variety of other technologies, determining the best tools for each client scenario. • Simplify complex concepts and processes, creating clear and concise training materials, including videos and documentation, to enable client success. • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, including one-on-one and group webinars, to educate clients on best practices and platform features. • Continuously evaluate client progress, adapting training and support to meet diverse learning styles and needs. • Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, and Client Success to gather insights and develop effective educational resources. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and implement solutions that drive results. • Respond to client inquiries via email, video, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of client success processes and training programs. Qualifications • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex topics into actionable steps. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a direct and professional approach. • Experience in client support, training, or education, preferably in a technology-driven environment. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently. • Comfortable using a variety of digital tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Screencast-O-Matic, Shopwindow, Happy Scribe, Spatial). • Motivated to understand client perspectives and deliver tailored, impactful solutions. • Self-starter with a passion for building systems and processes that drive client success. • Demonstrable experience with AI. Preferred Skills • Experience creating training materials and delivering virtual training sessions. • Familiarity with sales, marketing, and support software platforms. • Ability to synthesize feedback and data into actionable insights.
