We’re building a lightweight experimental data layer for AI agent ai team at a large tech company has validated the evaluation use case and agreed to review our pilot-ready cases. We’re preparing early pilot materials for review with AI team at a large tech • We are now preparing to harden, stabilize, and productionize it for pilot readiness within the next 1–2 months. 🔥 What You’ll Own you with work with other seniors sde . You will take a fast-built prototype and turn it into a reliable product. Specifically: • Stabilize and refine our Chrome extension (event capture, browser state logic) • Clean and productionize backend systems (logging, schema, APIs) • Strengthen and refactor AI-assisted MVP code • Ensure structured JSON export packs are consistent and deterministic • Design the long-term technical foundation This role owns both: 👉 Browser-side capture logic 👉 Backend data flow and API layer You are not inheriting a giant legacy system. You are shaping the core. 🧠 What We’re Looking For • 4–8+ years engineering experience • Strong fullstack fundamentals (Python, Node, or similar) • Real experience building or maintaining Chrome extensions (important) • Comfortable owning full systems (browser → backend → structured data) • Experience refining early-stage or messy codebases • Pragmatic — avoids over-engineering • Strong product instinct Bonus: • Telemetry or logging system experience • SaaS or AI tooling experience • Experience working with AI-assisted development workflows 🚫 What This Is NOT • Not a heavy cloud architecture role • Not a large enterprise maintenance job • Not a research scientist position • Not backend-only — browser engineering is required 💰 Compensation • Founding-level equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) • Cash compensation begins within ~2 months (post funding / pilot milestone) • Significant ownership and long-term growth path • Potential path to Technical Co-Founder based on execution 🎯 Why Join Now?
