JOB SCOPE: The Product Manager, Partner Products will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Telluride s partner-facing platform. This role will focus on building self-service capabilities (onboarding, offer tools, reporting, and developer APIs) that simplify partner integration, reduce launch times, and scale revenue impact. Acting as the partner s voice, the Product Mgr, Partner Products will turn feedback into features, automate workflows to lower cost-to-serve, and deliver measurable outcomes across speed, adoption, and satisfaction JOB SUMMARY: Telluride is our Loyalty Card-as-a-Service (LCaaS) platform, helping partners embed credit, loyalty, and rewards directly into their customer journeys. We are hiring a Product Manager, Partner Products to lead the partner-facing platform building self-service tools that streamline onboarding, integration, and growth. The Product Manager, Partner Products will champion the partner experience, prioritize high-impact features, and deliver measurable results in speed, efficiency, and revenue. REPORTS TO: DVP, Growth Strategy - SYW Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prioritizes features based on revenue impact, partner adoption, and launch efficiency, ensuring resources are directed toward the highest-value opportunities • Develops intuitive partner onboarding flows including self-serve signup, sandbox access, and compliance processes that accelerate time-to-launch • Conducts ongoing partner discovery to capture feedback, identify friction points, and anticipate future needs • Translates requirements into detailed user stories, lead UAT, and maintain a friction log to continuously improve the reliability and quality of releases • Defines and owns the roadmap for Telluride s Partner Platform, aligning product strategy with company growth objectives • Enables partners to create, approve, and publish offers (discounts, promotions, rewards) independently, reducing reliance on internal teams • Delivers real-time dashboards for partners to track applications, approvals, spend, and rewards activity, driving data-driven decision-making • Provides APIs, SDKs, and documentation that simplify integration and reduce technical overhead for partners • Acts as the partner s advocate within Telluride, ensuring their perspective influences design, engineering, compliance, and go-to market priorities • Champions a best-in-class partner experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement • Automates manual workflows (approvals, campaign setup, compliance checks) to reduce internal effort and improve operational efficiency • Delivers features that lower partner launch costs by 50% while enabling scale without a proportional increase in partner management resources • Establishes clear success metrics and ensure every release ties back to measurable outcomes such as faster launches, reduced cost-to-serve, and incremental revenue JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelors Degree • 5-10 years of related experience • Up to 25% travel • 18 years of age or older REQUIRED SKILLS: • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, payments, loyalty, or SaaS • Demonstrated success building partner-facing platforms, portals, or self-service tools • Proven ability to define, track, and deliver against KPIs focused on efficiency, adoption, and revenue impact • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in APIs, integrations, and developer ecosystems • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate partner needs into clear product solutions • Entrepreneurial, startup mindset comfortable with high autonomy, accountability, and rapid iteration Years Experience 5 - 10 Years Experience Travel Requirements Moderate (15-30%) Country United States Work-In City REMOTE Work-In State REMOTE Work-In Postal Code REMOTE Business Transformco Corporate Job Function Product Development/Management Employment Category Regular, Full-time Compensation Range $140,000-$150,000 Additional Compensation Explanation N/A EEO/EOE Footer Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Vet.
