Full Description

Customer Support Supervisor Full Time Position - Remote Shoe Sensation is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor to join our corporate Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in improving customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service across multiple digital channels and supporting employees in more than 250 physical stores. A passion for outstanding service is essential, as it fosters customer loyalty and encourages repeat business. This is a fully remote hourly position. Candidates must have high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for their office setup. Necessary technological equipment will be provided. Please note that travel to Indiana may be required for training. The schedule for this position is flexible, but candidates must be available during the department's operating hours, which are Sunday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM EST. Please be aware that these hours may change based on business needs. This is a full-time position, and occasional overtime may be required.
