Retail Assistant Manager is a Keyholder Position at our Shoe Dept. store in the Carolina Place Mall. Exciting career opportunity with career advancement. The Retail Assistant/Keyholder Position is responsible to assist Store Manager in daily operations of a shoe store in order to maintain daily operational company standards. - Retail experience with management/supervisory skills preferred. - Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and strong dedication to excellent customer service. - Must be available various hours, including nights and weekends. - Must be willing to work in surrounding stores as needed. - Willingness to relocate is a plus.
