RESPONSIBILITIES • Support individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks • Build strong relationships through communication and consistency • Follow behavior support plans and safety guidelines • Document progress and attend ongoing training QUALIFICATIONS • No previous experience required • Must be reliable, caring, and willing to learn • Driver’s license preferred for travel to home/community visits • Prior experience in DSP, education, ABA, or care work is a plus DETAILS • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time • Pay: $22.00 – $40.00 per hour • Hours: 1–40 per week • Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight • Choose shifts that fit your availability Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Mileage reimbursement • Paid time off Work Location: In person
