Our portfolio includes prestigious beauty brands such as NARS, Drunk Elephant, Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, Clé de Peau Beauté, SHISEIDO, and several fragrance brands such as Tory Burch, Hermès, Issey Miyake, and Narciso Rodriguez.   We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 1st to July 31st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. If you’re eager to learn and bring your ideas to life, this is the perfect opportunity for you!   About our Human Resources Team: The Human Resources team supporting Operations (Supply Chain) supports over 800 employees across three states NY, NJ and OH.   The HR intern will get full exposure to the Employee Lifecycle from hiring and on-boarding to exit interviews.  HR intern will support departmental analytics, project work, employee engagement activations and learn how to trouble-shoot employee inquiries.       What You’ll Do: Use technology to renovate the HR dashboards for the division using Power BI, requiring a strong aptitude to learn systems if not already proficient in Power BI.  Take an active role in employee engagement activations; planning, execution, logistics coordination and site-by-site communications. Participate in day-to-day activities, handle daily inquiries, run reports, attend huddle meetings, participate in new hire orientation sessions for hourly staff and update digital screens.   Requirements: Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree   Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized  Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented  Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment  Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends     #LI-Hybrid #Nylaw
