About the Role The Role We are hiring a Content Marketer who is social-native, multimedia-savvy, and thrives on high-throughput content creation. This is not a traditional content marketing role. Instead, you’ll focus on zero-click marketing: creating product-driven, trust-building content that lives and thrives directly on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Your north star is simple: Build awareness, trust, and curiosity among large enterprise buyers. Consistently show Shipium’s product, technical depth, and industry leadership in ways that are engaging and easy to consume. If you love translating complex product ideas into crisp, creative content — and if you understand how modern audiences consume and share information without ever clicking a link — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Content Production at Velocity Create and publish a steady drumbeat of posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Use video, motion graphics, carousels, infographics, and text posts to bring product stories to life. Zero-Click Product Marketing Work closely with product marketing and solutions engineers to showcase product features, demos, and technical concepts directly in social feeds. Highlight customer stories, product differentiators, and industry insights without relying on gated PDFs or “click here” campaigns. Social Platform Strategy Adapt stories to the native strengths of each platform (e.g., short-form vertical video, LinkedIn carousels, Twitter threads). Stay ahead of platform trends and experiment with new formats. Creative Storytelling Translate highly technical shipping and logistics concepts into accessible, compelling content. Balance authority with approachability — building trust with an enterprise audience while keeping content engaging. Analytics & Feedback Loops Track engagement and resonance at the content level (qualitative and quantitative). Evolve formats and narratives based on performance and audience feedback. Support Diversified Content Needs Work tightly with Partnerships to provide additional content to be delivered to key partners, like Manhattan Associates and Blue Yonder. Work closely with Demand Generation to support content repackaging that helps with demand campaigns, paid advertising motions, and more. Work collaboratively with Customer Success to ensure that published content is fed back into customer communication processes. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, or related roles. Demonstrated ability to create and publish high-velocity multimedia content (video editing, graphic tools, AI content tools, or similar). Experience working in or with B2B SaaS companies (enterprise experience a plus). Strong grasp of social platforms (especially LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and how content natively performs in those feeds. Ability to collaborate with product marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to extract stories and turn them into content. Comfortable with technical concepts and curious about learning the nuances of shipping, logistics, and enterprise technology. Creative, adaptable, and scrappy: you can make something high-quality quickly and keep momentum going.
