Team members are encouraged to identify challenges and take ownership of initiatives that drive merchant, company and personal growth.Collaborate with Peers and Leaders Alike: ShipBob values collaboration and support, where team members and leaders alike are committed to helping each other succeed.Experience a High-Performance Culture and Clear Purpose: Our commitment to delivering results creates a goal-driven, high-performance culture where everyone is empowered to contribute to our mission.Role: Manager, Retail Logistics & EDI — lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of retail fulfillment and EDI operations; own logistics and EDI performance across critical retail accounts; influence cross-functional partners; report to Director, B2B and Retail Fulfillment.Team Leadership and Cross-functional Partnership: Serve as operational lead for retail EDI merchants; Partner with internal teams to optimize systems and remove friction.Process Ownership and Improvement: Identify gaps and implement scalable solutions; Own documentation, performance metrics, and internal training; Develop and improve SOPs.Retail Routing and Compliance: Maintain and audit routing guides; Ensure compliance with GS1 retail standards; SME for GS1 identification standards.EDI Oversight and Execution: Lead and manage new EDI projects; Identify and implement EDI improvements; Provide post-production support; Translate retailer requirements into EDI mapping specifications; Comply to food safety and compliance policies.
