What You'll Do: - You will identify and qualify new business opportunities within the mid-market segment. - You will conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads. - You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies. - You will manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. - You will participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends. - You will build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their logistics needs. - You will support the sales team in closing deals by providing detailed client information and insights. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. What You Bring: - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics or technology sectors. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Chicago and remote days. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and excellent organizational skills.
