Join Our Team – Partnership Development Specialist, Public Systems (Temporary) Shine Early Learning is looking for a Partnership Development Specialist to help expand our Public Systems network through sales, relationship-building, and business development activities. This role supports states, municipalities, and school districts with training, technical assistance, and quality improvement solutions. What You’ll Do: Build brand awareness by representing Shine at events and in early learning communities Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate strong partnerships Lead or support RFP submissions, grants, and business development efforts Manage relationships with executive leaders, subcontractors, and stakeholders Track opportunities and maintain accurate CRM reporting in Hubspot About You: Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales (public sector/early childhood focus preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Experience with grant writing or competitive proposals a plus Able to travel up to 50% This is a temporary role through January 31, 2026, with the possibility to extend.
