We’re a fast-growing white-label crypto exchange SaaS company, powering digital asset platforms around the world. Our 100-person fully remote team spans continents and time zones, and our clients range from fintech startups to enterprise institutions building the future of finance. As we scale, we’re investing heavily in automation and AI to make our operations faster, smarter, and more scalable. We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help design, build, and maintain intelligent workflows that reduce manual work and improve efficiency across the company. You’ll work closely with teams in Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, Product, and Finance to understand their processes and help implement automation solutions using AI tools and workflow platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving operational problems with technology, is hands-on with AI and automation tools, and enjoys collaborating with different teams to make work better. What You Will Be Doing: Design and implement automation solutions across departments, contributing to the internal automation roadmap. Build scripts, bots, and AI-powered agents with Zapier, Make, or n8n, and integrate them with systems like Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub, QuickBooks, TriNet, and AWS. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows, recommend automation opportunities, and help teams shift from manual to automated processes. Support AI adoption by providing training, guidance, and documentation. Own projects from scoping to deployment, monitoring and optimizing automations for reliability and efficiency. What We Are Looking For: Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and scripting in Python or JavaScript. Familiarity with APIs, OpenAI or Anthropic tools, and ideally AWS (Lambda, S3, Step Functions). Strong understanding of generative AI and practical application of LLMs to business processes. Proven ability to use AI to automate knowledge work or repetitive tasks. Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and comfort working with remote, cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage projects with minimal supervision. Bonus Points: Experience in crypto, fintech, or regulatory tech. Familiarity with internal tool builders, Slack workflows, or Notion. Contributions to automation or AI-related projects.
