Your focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture client accounts to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - You will coordinate with operations and service teams to deliver timely and effective maintenance solutions. - You will identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services. - You will prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients. - You will resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain trust and loyalty. - You will track account performance metrics and provide regular updates to management. - You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and support business development. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the facility maintenance or related service industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships. - Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with contract negotiation and service level agreements (SLAs). - Knowledge of facility maintenance operations and industry standards. - Background in sales or business development. - Certification in facility management or related fields.
