We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to support the continued development of our custom CRM and business portal. We’re looking for someone who can step into an existing application, understand the current codebase and Azure environment, and take ownership of ongoing development, improvements, integrations, and maintenance. This is not a ground-up build. We are looking for a developer who is comfortable inheriting an existing application and continuing to build on what is already in place. What You’ll Do • Develop new features and functionality within our CRM and portal • Maintain and improve existing frontend and backend functionality • Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and technical problems • Build and maintain APIs and third-party integrations • Work with Azure SQL databases and application data • Improve dashboards, workflows, forms, and internal tools • Maintain authentication, permissions, and role-based access • Support containerized applications and deployments in Azure • Work across development and production environments • Review existing architecture and recommend improvements where appropriate • Maintain clear documentation of the application and development environment • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions Current Technology Our existing environment includes: • C# / ASP.NET Core / .NET • Microsoft Azure • Azure Container Apps • Azure SQL / SQL Server • REST APIs • Docker / containerized applications • Azure Container Registry • Azure Storage • Azure App Configuration • Application Insights / Log Analytics • Managed Identities • Git / source control • Separate development and production environments What We’re Looking For Required: • Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET • Strong experience developing and maintaining full-stack web applications • Experience with Microsoft Azure • Experience with SQL Server/Azure SQL • Experience working with REST APIs • Experience with Git/source control • Ability to understand and work within an existing codebase • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred: • Azure Container Apps experience • Docker/containerization experience • CI/CD and cloud deployment experience • Experience with CRM, SaaS, client portal, or workflow-based applications • Experience taking over an application originally developed by another team • Healthcare, insurance, benefits, or enrollment technology experience What We Value We’re looking for someone who can understand both the technical and business side of a project. About the Role This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established platform and become our ongoing development resource as it continues to evolve. The initial focus will be becoming familiar with the existing application, architecture, and development environment. From there, the role will focus on ongoing development, enhancements, integrations, maintenance, and technical support. This is contract position and will be paid on a monthly retainer that can be discussed at time of interview. Pay: From $120,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
