Full Description

Job Description: • Implement Microsoft Endpoint management solutions and related products for our company’s end customers and partners. • Serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring and upgrading device management services such as Intune within our customers’ and partners’ environments. • Responsible for the design and implementation of Microsoft Intune device management solutions and related technologies based on customer requirements. • Develop findings and recommendations documentation by analyzing customer and partner environments and identifying areas of opportunity that can be resolved via Intune endpoint management. • Execute implementation plans and configure customer and partner environments according to design specifications. • Serve as a technical lead on projects and workshops, accountable for the outcome of the technical objectives. • Collaborate with other Microsoft delivery teams on projects involving other workstreams such as mail migrations and security implementations. • Document best practices related to technology and processes for future reference by delivery team members. Requirements: • Completed Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree or relevant work experience in Computer Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility. • Minimum 3 years’ experience designing, implementing, and integrating Microsoft Endpoint Management technology. • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and migrating Microsoft Endpoint Management technology. • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment. • Willingness to travel occasionally. • Experience working in complex Data Center sales opportunities - Intermediate. • Ability to design data center infrastructures that include hybrid cloud, hyper converged, software-defined data center (SDDC), infrastructure/platform as a service, automation, containerization, and Data Center Management Platforms - Intermediate. • Strong knowledge of Virtualization technologies, Hypervisors, server virtualization, Software Defined Data Center, containerization, and automation - Intermediate. • Ability to effectively communicate and sell complex technical products or services by understanding customer needs, articulating the value proposition, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process - Intermediate. • Expertise in mainstream technologies to include: Dell Technologies, NetApp, HPE, Cisco, Pure Storage, Azure, AWS, Veeam, Nutanix - Intermediate. • Experience with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and High Availability Solutions (backup/recovery, data protection, mirroring, active/standby, active/active, clustering) - Intermediate. • Proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft Endpoint solutions. • Creation of script-based solutions to meet customer needs in PowerShell and Bash (Windows, Mac).
