Job Summary SHI is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enhance CRM value, optimize sales lifecycle processes, and integrate partner and services teams into our sales technology ecosystem. This role will lead cross-functional projects that transform how SHI’s sales organization operates, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution. As a key member of the Digital Growth team, you will manage a portfolio of high-impact projects focused on CRM optimization, sales process improvement, and technology governance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, IT, Marketing, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions that improve productivity, data quality, and user adoption. Role Description Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that support sales operations and CRM transformation. Translate business goals into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful implementation. Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, risk, change management, and stakeholder communication. Supervise and mentor the Project Specialist, ensuring alignment with team goals and professional development. Design and implement an intake process for project requests, including a standardized intake form to capture business needs and assess feasibility. Prioritize project work across the Digital Growth team based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and business impact. Report on key milestones, project progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of CRM with key business systems. Monitor project performance, adoption metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Support the development of governance frameworks, process documentation, and best practices. Champion user adoption through training, communication, and change management strategies. Skill Level Requirements The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Intermediate Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied - Intermediate Expertise in various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, to effectively plan, execute, and close projects - Intermediate Proficiency in facilitating Agile Scrum practices, guiding teams through the Scrum framework to ensure efficient and successful project delivery - Intermediate Competence in utilizing tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps to plan, track, and manage project progress and resources - Intermediate Familiarity with the operational mechanisms, hierarchical setup, and the overall framework of SHI, enabling effective navigation and utilization of internal processes - Intermediate Other Requirements 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on CRM, sales operations, or digital transformation. Proven success managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales processes, and data governance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus. PMP or similar project management certification preferred. Willingness to obtain PMP Certification within first 6 months of SHI Employment Ability to travel 10% The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 which includes a [compensation structure]. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
