10+ years architectural project experience, healthcare design expertise, architectural degree, Revit proficiency, and regional/national travel.
Description: • Manage a team of 3-10 people, establishing project workplans (staffing, budget, schedule) and fulfilling contractual, financial and cost control responsibilities • Lead or assist on the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings • Interface with clients and maintain client relationships • Lead meetings during the construction administration phase of a project • Emphasis on healthcare-specific planning and client relationships • Work across offices in Boston, Houston and Phoenix in collaborative project teams Requirements: • A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects • Prior experience with healthcare facility design • B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree • Registered architect preferred (we will accept candidates actively pursuing licensure) • Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes • Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, as well as experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and revising documents in Revit • Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally Benefits: • health and dental insurance • a 401(k) and profit-sharing plan • flexible work schedules • a range of professional growth and development opportunities
