Program Overview The SHEIN Supply Chain Management Trainee (U.S. Fulfillment) Program is a long-term talent development initiative designed for future leaders in global supply chain and operations. The program aims to develop supply chain professionals with an international mindset, strong business understanding, and end-to-end process optimization capabilities. To support the continuous growth of SHEIN’s warehouse operations in Indiana, U.S., we are seeking high-potential talents and are committed to building a career in supply chain and operations management. Through structured rotations across locations and functions, you will gain an in-depth understanding of warehouse operations, strengthen your data and process thinking, and, within approximately two years, be able to independently manage an operational module or lead process improvement projects. You will be prepared to grow into an operations manager, process specialist (SME), or other key business contributor. Joining the program, you will have the opportunity to: • Participate in structured rotations and quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of modern warehouse fulfillment operations • Receive guidance from senior managers and cross-functional mentors, accelerating industry knowledge, management skills, and leadership capabilities • Work with advanced warehouse management systems and processes, systematically improving data analysis and process optimization skills • Progress, subject to performance, into a manager- or expert-level role within about two years, taking on management responsibilities early in your career • This role is eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization and visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in rotations across key warehouse functions, including daily operations, inventory management, inbound/outbound processes, picking, packing, and shipping, to systematically understand the end-to-end warehouse workflow • Take part in business projects (e.g., inventory optimization, process improvements, data analysis), helping to drive warehouse process enhancements and proposing practical solutions • Deeply learn and apply the Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting daily tasks such as inventory control, discrepancy handling, and data reporting. • Coordinate and communicate across departments to support efficient collaboration between the warehouse, local teams, and headquarters. • Regularly participate in business reviews and process optimization discussions, independently completing problem analysis, report writing, and improvement recommendations • Gradually assume entry-level supervisory responsibilities (e.g., front-line shift/area lead) based on your development progress, building hands-on experience for future management roles • Actively participate in company training, knowledge-sharing, assessments, and development programs to continuously expand your professional capability and management perspective Qualifications: • Master’s degree or above and graduate in 2025&2026 is preferred; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Engineering Management, or related fields are a plus; • Preferred language proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages; • Strong interest and enthusiasm for supply chain, warehousing, and logistics; strong learning and analytical skills; • Strong sense of teamwork and ownership, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment; • Solid logical thinking, clear communication, and resilience under pressure, with the courage to take on challenges; • Relevant internship or project experience is preferred; strong alignment with the long-term career direction of this role is a plus. Training & Career Development 1. Structured Rotational Training After joining, you will follow a structured rotational plan across multiple business modules in China and the United States. You will be deeply involved in key areas such as warehouse operations, process optimization, supply chain collaboration, and project management. Through hands-on experience across different functions and business scenarios, you will build a holistic understanding of the warehouse ecosystem and develop a management mindset grounded in data and process thinking—laying a solid foundation for future roles in operations management or specialized expert positions. 2. Accelerated Track for Future Managers The program provides a clear and accelerated development path for high-potential talent. Upon completing the rotations, passing stage assessments, and meeting performance expectations, you will have the opportunity to progress into a manager- or expert-level role within approximately two years—such as Operations Manager or Subject Matter Expert (SME)—taking on responsibilities for team leadership or ownership of a specialized module early in your career.
