Role Overview We are seeking a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for a creative strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and knows how to blend storytelling, luxury branding, and data-driven growth tactics to build an engaged, loyal community. This is not just about posting content—it’s about creating viral moments, measurable growth, and thought leadership positioning that cements Shay as the #1 global love strategist. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals, launches, and campaigns. • Manage daily posting, engagement, and growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Oversee content creation (in partnership with our design and video editing teams) to ensure all posts meet luxury brand standards. • Optimize social media funnels to drive traffic into our HerPocketCoach app, online programs, and live events. • Monitor analytics (ROAS, engagement, CTR, follower growth) and prepare weekly performance reports. • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to keep us ahead of the curve in the love and lifestyle industries. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute paid ad campaigns, influencer partnerships, and PR amplification. • Act as the brand voice on social—engaging with followers, responding to comments/DMs, and building meaningful relationships with our community. Qualifications • 3+ years proven experience managing social media for a luxury, lifestyle, or personal brand. • Demonstrated success in growing platforms organically to 500K+ followers or more. • Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, YouTube growth tactics, and LinkedIn thought leadership strategies. • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics). • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and luxury branding. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, launches, and platforms simultaneously with tight deadlines. • Creative, innovative, and results-driven mindset.
