A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a QA Analyst. This role is ONSITE in Torrance, CA with an initial contract of 12+ months, W2 only. Daily Task Performed: Verify application performs as expected. What will this person be working on Web and mobile applications Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS' • Person will be self directed, excellent speaking abilities, familiar with Atlassian Confluence and Jira. • Able to develop with software engineers and business analysts the test plans and test cases. • Experience working with enterprise class software systems and infrastructure. • Working experience in a fully software intergrated environment. • Must have extensive experience with writing advanced SQL queries and procedures. • Must be able to prepare business presentations and lead UAT testing and approvals. • Must be able to write testing instructions and communicate the instructions to QA staff for system, integration, and UAT testing. • Must provide analytics and reports detailing the progress of testing for applications. • Must be able to follow Agile methodology • Must have flexibility to occasionally work over time.
