Job Summary: The Senior Posting Specialist provides direct, real-time support and has a strong understanding of company policies, processes, and department process flows. Pay: $18-$21/hr depending on experience Essential Job Functions: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) related to department processes and systems. Ensure daily balancing and payments are being deposited per company guidelines. Work with the leadership team to stay updated on product knowledge, internal processes and be informed of any changes in company/departmental policies or procedures. Provide knowledge-based support while monitoring activity and provide real-time support as needed. Assists with escalations and high-volume workloads. Provide training to new staff members during their new hire basic training period. Assist with departmental reporting processes. Respond to written communication (from internal and external sources) in a professional manner. Assist leadership team with ensuring team meets company deadlines for month end close responsibilities. Assist with updating and improving documentation of policies and procedures related to assigned responsibilities as well as those related to the department. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in handling escalated research situations 3 years of payment processing experience Experience in mentoring, coaching and/or training. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Ability to function in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Able to work effectively with all levels of management.
