Must have PMP certification, extensive IV&V experience, and familiarity with federal/state government projects, Agile, IEEE Std. 1012, and ITIL.
Looking for PMP Certified Project Manager (IV&V) for upcoming CA State Consulting Position Mandatory Qualification MQ #1- Seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. MQ #2 - Must possess a bachelor’s degree. MQ #3 - Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). MQ #4 - (5) years of experience providing IV&V services to federal, state, and/or local government entities by performing a combination of one or more of the following tasks: MQ #5 - Two (2) years of experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile solution implementation methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development. MQ #6- Two (2) years of demonstrated experience applying the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) on an IT project MQ #7- (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years working as an IV&V Lead on a large-scale software development project.' MQ #8 - Must possess an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification. Desirable Qualification DQ #1 possesses another PMI or SCRUM Alliance Certification. DQ #2 two (2) years’ experience in EHR implementation. DQ #3 two (2) years of hands-on, operational experience using two or more from the below list: • AWS • Databricks • Servicenow • JIRA • Azure DevOps Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote
