Full Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support daily business operations and provide administrative assistance across departments, including Human Resources. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable handling confidential information, and able to support multiple functions in a fast-paced environment. Human Resources Administrator Key fundamental responsibilities: • Maintain and update employee and/or business records in internal systems • Provide administrative support to Human Resources and other departments as needed • Assist with onboarding and general hiring-related administrative tasks • Respond to employee or internal inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and processes • Support payroll, benefits, scheduling, or reporting activities as assigned • Maintain digital files and documentation in a confidential and organized manner • Assist with audits, reporting, and system updates or testing • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency • Support special projects and ad hoc requests as required Human Resources Administrator Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or HR-related role • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with HR systems or databases is a plus, but not required Why Join Us This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, gain exposure to multiple business functions, and contribute to the smooth operation of the organization.
