Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult education principles. This role involves managing learning initiatives that enhance employee skills, support talent management, and drive organizational growth. The Training Manager will collaborate with HR, leadership, and subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences utilizing advanced learning technology and platforms such as ADP and SharePoint. A passion for mentoring, effective communication skills, and a strategic mindset are essential for success in this position. Duties • Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals. • Develop engaging content utilizing tools such as e-learning platforms to deliver impactful training modules. • Manage the entire training lifecycle, including employee orientation, onboarding, succession planning, and ongoing development initiatives. • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS systems like ADP, and SharePoint to organize, track, and report on training activities and employee progress. • Conduct needs assessments through data collection, research, and performance management analysis to identify skill gaps and training opportunities. • Facilitate classroom training sessions, virtual webinars, and public speaking engagements to deliver effective instruction across various topics including change management and conflict resolution. • Collaborate with HR teams on talent management strategies such as mentoring programs, employee evaluation processes, and HR sourcing efforts. • Lead program management efforts for large-scale initiatives including organization design projects and human capital management strategies. • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. • Monitor industry trends in training & development to incorporate innovative practices into organizational programs. Experience • Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult education principles. • Extensive classroom experience combined with virtual training delivery using learning technology tools. • Strong background in program management within human resources or corporate training environments. • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce Learning) and HR systems and HRIS systems for data collection and reporting purposes. • Demonstrated ability to develop content for diverse audiences through technical writing, presentation skills, and public speaking engagements. • Experience in talent management processes including succession planning, employee relations, performance management, mentoring, and employee evaluation. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
