SeyTec is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team! This full-time role is responsible for warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have experience with invoicing, portal invoicing, and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment. Job Description Role and Responsibilities • Shipping processes, including handling shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. • Creating Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) through customer portals. • Strong attention to detail is a must. • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory. • Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. • Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies. • Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units. • Receives credit-return material and supplies from production by verifying materials and supplies code, lot number, and quantity, then placing materials in stock. • Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product. • Documents product shipment by recording units shipped. • Manages invoicing and portal invoicing processes to ensure accurate billing and timely payment tracking. • Coordinates with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing discrepancies and ensure accurate financial documentation. • Supports administrative tasks related to order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills & Qualifications: • Administrative & Invoicing Skills: Experience with invoicing, portal invoicing, and financial documentation. • Organization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Proficiency: Experience with data entry, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office. • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot warehouse and invoicing discrepancies effectively. • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in financial transactions and inventory control. • Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners regarding orders, invoicing, and payments. Qualifications and Education Requirements • H.S. Diploma or GED • Basic math skills • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills • Proficiency with computers and invoicing software • Experience using a variety of scales for inventory management • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision • Ability to work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and/or move boxes and other objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
