Full Description

• Architect Okta to fully leverage identity and access management across a growing and evolving toolset. • Define and implement best practices for SSO integration and automated provisioning, including onboarding, offboarding and deprovisioning • Develop and streamline Okta related processes and requirements in coordination with engineers implementing integrations and automations across the Socure toolset • Reexamine and define macOS workstation access provisioning following security best practices • Implement automated provisioning of endpoints by using custom provisioning flows, SCIM or JIT capabilities. • Implement Identity Engine and evaluate and roll out FastPass passwordless authentication • Some on call responsibilities may be required • 5-7 years of experience in IAM with a focus in Okta • Minimum Okta Certified Administrator; Okta Certified Consultant and/or Okta Certified Developer preferred. • Strong oral and written communications skills • Experience with expanding use and maintenance of Okta in a rapidly growing company • Experience in designing and leading identity lifecycle management efforts • Hands-on experience in building SSO solutions with various protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, etc. • Experience with directory services like LDAP, and AD • Good understanding of the latest security principles like zero-trust and passwordless authentication to implement new standards in the authentication model • Experience with Okta Identity Engine and Device Trust • Ability to work within project timelines • Deliver outcomes with little supervision; must be a self-starter and self-motivator • Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving • Ability to think strategically and suggest creative solutions • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across multiple time-zones
