We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team and ensure seamless coordination of our installation and delivery operations. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Dispatcher to coordinate the scheduling, communication, and logistics for appliance sales and installations. This role serves as the central point of contact between customers, sales staff, and installation technicians to ensure timely and efficient service. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Project Management: • End-to-end coordination of projects from after the sale to installation. • Track orders from point of sale to delivery and installation completion • Manage timelines and resolve delays or conflicts • Communicate with customers regarding delivery windows, site requirements, and project progress • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate site preparation and customer expectations Dispatching: • Schedule and dispatch appliance installers to customer locations based on workload and geographic efficiency. • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery and installation appointments, providing updates as needed. • Monitor and track job progress, ensuring timely completion and addressing any delays or issues. • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure appliances are prepared and loaded for delivery. • Maintain accurate records of schedules, deliveries, and installations using dispatch software. • Handle any route or schedule changes due to delays or emergencies Customer Service & Communication: • Handle any route or schedule changes due to delays or emergencies. • Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary. • Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. • Collaborate with installers and drivers to provide support and address on-site challenges. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Administrative & Reporting: • Maintain accurate project files, schedules, and records. • Use dispatching software to manage workflows and updates. • Report on job completion rates, delays, and customer feedback. • Ensure compliance with safety and installation standards.
