Support day-to-day operations of comedy clubs including administrative tasks, media handling, customer and talent communication, and live event facilitation.
Ability to manage communications, handle administrative duties, support live events, and work nights and weekends.
Job Summary It’s a unique role—and a genuinely fun one. I own comedy clubs in the Lower East Side, and we run a very lean operation, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable wearing many hats. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the clubs, including administrative work with agents, producers, talent, and customers, as well as assistance with media and marketing tasks. There is also a hands-on, physical component to facilitating live events. You should be ready to learn new skills, stay organized, and execute projects independently. We’re a growing brand that needs people who can adapt to the constantly evolving demands of a young business. You’ll learn and handle anything required to keep the shows running smoothly. It’s not a difficult job, and if you love stand-up comedy, it’s an incredibly enjoyable world to be part of. Responsibilities • Render and distribute show media for performers, ensuring timely delivery of clips, photos, and promotional assets. • Handle email communication with customers, agents, and talent while maintaining a professional and organized inbox. • Support live event operations, including working directly with comedians, checking guests in, and preparing the venue for showtime. • Manage and organize payments and invoices to keep internal systems accurate and up to date. • Must be available nights and weekends. Pay: $24.68 - $29.72 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
