Sr. Business Analyst with Salesforce Experience Type: W2 With Benefits - No C2C Location: Will Be Supporting Denver, CO Hours Top 5 Technical Skills: • Defining use cases and epic-level requirements related to end-to-end flows that span FSC, PEGA, and our internal applications and databases. • Supporting the implementation of new features, notifications, and other enhancements within our internal application (Advisor App). • Experience with Salesforce • Strong financial background in Portfolio Business, Record Keeping, Financial Services, etc. • Assisting the UAT team with comprehensive end-to-end integration testing across the entire ecosystem. Top 3 Soft Skills: • Self Starter, Great Communications and Organization • Ability to ask probing questions until details are understood • Driven and not shy away from deadlines, milestone and handle pressure of deadlines Job Description: Business Analyst / Technical Business Analysts must be able to take the EPIC (What), and break down into the User Stories (How), so the development teams know what to build. Role on the Team: Team of three Business Analyst / Technical Business Analysts to take the existing EPICs and flush out the User Stories for the development team(s).
