Full Description

Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant Location: Miramar, FL (Preferred) or Dallas, TX – Hybrid | Contract-to-Hire Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in full lifecycle implementations, configuration, and support of SAP financial systems, with exposure to S/4HANA and related cloud-based integrations. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs. • Work on CLM or REFX and integration with ECC and S/4HANA environments. • Support cross-functional integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM). • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support implementations. • Perform data migration, analysis, and basic ABAP debugging as needed. • Participate in Agile development and release management processes. • Provide support for financial processes, including reporting and compliance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 10+ years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and related tools (Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, Blackline, Vertex). • Strong understanding of IDOCs, data migration, and SQL/Excel for analysis. • SAP certification (FICO or related) preferred.
