We are a full turnkey provider for our customers doing everything from Water and Fire Emergency Services, Moving and Storage of Contents, and Textile Cleaning all the way to Reconstruction. Growth opportunities can arise through any of the above-mentioned divisions, as well as specializations for commercial large loss, fire damage restoration, Reconstruction and Capital Improvement Projects. We are seeking an experienced Large Loss Project Manager to oversee high-value commercial and multifamily restoration projects from start to finish. This role requires a proven leader who can manage multiple moving parts, communicate effectively with clients and insurance partners, and deliver exceptional results under pressure. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all phases of large-scale mitigation and reconstruction projects (typically $100K–$1M+). • Manage job scope, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality and safety compliance. • Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple sites. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and corporate partners. • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and seamless project completion. • Conduct regular site visits and provide detailed project updates. • Ability to pass background check and drug screening Schedule: Overtime and travel may be required #SPTSField19 Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • 3+ years experience in project management, restoration, or construction. • Proven track record managing commercial or large loss projects. • Strong knowledge of insurance claims and estimating processes. • Proficiency in Drybook, Docusketch, or comparable platforms. • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • IICRC certifications (WRT) Preferred Qualifications: • IICRC certifications such as, ASD, CDS, or CMR • Experience managing projects exceeding $100K-1M+ • Previous experience working directly with insurance adjusters and commercial clients • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance procedures • Bachelor’s degree in construction Managment, Business, or related field • Proven leadership in supervising field teams and subcontractors Attributes for Success: • Leadership Mindset: Takes ownership of projects, inspires confidence in teams, and leads by example. • Strong communicator: Builds trust through clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients, adjusters, and teammates. • Problem Solver: Anticipates challenges, stays composed under pressure, and finds effective solutions quickly. • Detail- Oriented: Ensures accuracy in documentation, estimates, and project execution. • Client Focused: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining positive relationships through every stage of a loss. • Organized & Driven: Manages multiple large projects simultaneously without losing focus on quality or deadlines. • Team Player: Collaborates across departments and supports others to achieve shared goals. • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adjusts priorities as needed.
