**Job Description Summary** You will oversee and drive SERVPRO’s mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish. This role involves managing production teams, coordinating with adjusters and property owners, ensuring adherence to company processes, and delivering high-quality results on water, fire and other property losses. You’ll train and develop staff, schedule resources (including subcontractors), monitor job progress and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to achieve revenue, expense and profit objectives while maximizing customer satisfaction. • *Requirements and Qualifications** - Proven restoration experience (water, fire and related property losses) - Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software - IICRC certification in relevant disciplines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and property owners - Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation - Clean driving record and valid driver’s license • *Pay and Benefits** - Salary range: $60,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience and location - Performance-based bonuses or incentive pay - Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Paid time off, paid training and career development programs - Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (role-dependent) • *Company Information** SERVPRO is a leading restoration and cleaning franchise network founded in 1967 and headquartered in Gallatin, Tennessee.
