You will handle job scheduling, estimates, billing, accounting functions, and employment recruiting activities. Providing outstanding customer service and taking ownership in your tasks are crucial. • *Requirements and Qualifications** - 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience - Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling is advantageous - Service industry experience is a plus - Excellent customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Ability to learn new software, such as Xactimate® - Minimum of a high school diploma or GED - Successful background check completion, subject to law • *Pay and Benefits** - Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $23.00 based on experience - Standard 40-hour workweek, with flexibility for overtime - Independent franchise business with EOE M/F/D/V compliance • *Company Information** SERVPRO specializes in providing fire, water, mold, and biohazard restoration services.
