Manage customer implementation programs by preparing project materials, keeping customers on schedule, conducting working sessions, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
At least 2+ years relevant experience, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, exceptional project management and customer relationship skills, with ServiceTitan experience as a plus.
