5+ years in sales enablement or related content development for B2B SaaS, strong instructional design and communication skills, LMS proficiency, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Description: • Own and strategically develop comprehensive sales content curriculum for global XDR teams. • Design, build, and maintain learning paths, resources, and materials from onboarding through continuous professional development. • Define and execute overall content strategy; manage end-to-end content development (needs assessment, instructional design, content creation, review, deployment). • Create diverse enablement content: XDR playbooks, technical trainings, product training, e-learning modules, videos, interactive exercises, workshops, guides. • Collaborate with SMEs across strategy, SDR leadership, and operations to translate information into actionable sales content. • Manage content lifecycle including version control, updates, archiving; ensure seamless delivery through LMS and enablement platforms. • Develop mechanisms for content feedback, continuous improvement, and iteration based on performance and business needs. • Support facilitator guides and training-of-trainer programs for in-person or virtual training. • Use data and feedback to optimize content and curriculum; communicate impact to stakeholders. • Act as central point of contact for sales content inquiries; build strong cross-functional relationships and proactively communicate updates. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, content development, or related field with focus on building and owning content curriculum. • Proven experience developing sales enablement content for a B2B SaaS company. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; translate complex information into clear, concise, actionable sales content. • Strong instructional design skills and grasp of adult learning principles. • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and sales enablement platforms. • Experience with content creation tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design tools, video editing software). • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills; use data to inform content strategy and measure impact. • Proactive self-starter with strong work ethic and passion for enabling sales success. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field. • Bonus: Experience with trades industry or field service software; certifications in sales methodologies or instructional design; experience working with global sales teams.
