About Us ServiceScaleAI partners with trusted local home-service businesses to help homeowners improve and maintain their properties — from window cleaning, car detailing, and landscaping. We’re expanding our community outreach team and are looking for a friendly, outgoing Field Sales Rep to represent our company in local neighborhoods. What You’ll Do • Walk assigned neighborhoods and personally hand out flyers to homeowners. • Introduce homeowners to our neighborhood discounts and promotions — no hard selling or contracts. • When a homeowner shows interest, collect their contact info and book them on our schedule using our simple digital form or app. • Track doors knocked and conversations using a provided route sheet or phone app. • Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful attitude when speaking with the public. • Communicate daily progress and leads with your supervisor. What We’re Looking For • Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with homeowners at the door. • Reliable and self-motivated — you’ll be working independently in assigned neighborhoods. • Good communication skills and professional appearance. • Ability to follow instructions, represent our brand positively, and stay organized. • Must be 18 years or older and able to walk for extended periods. • Must have a smartphone (for navigation and scheduling app). • Previous canvassing, sales, or brand ambassador experience is helpful — but not required.
