Job Description What you get to do in this role: Fuel ServiceNow’s Innovation Engine by: • Working across our Legal team, business executives, and other functions to bring strategic products, services, and programs to market • Providing scalable programmatic support for geographic & vertical market expansion of hyperscaler offerings • Supporting acquisitions and investments through due diligence, deal closure and GTM planning • Ensuring the correct legal terms and contracting processes are in place for strategic offerings and enabling internal teams to help understand and sell using those terms • Assisting our Contracts and Legal teams by answering complex deal questions by creating playbooks and reference materials • Providing agile processes and insightful business guidance • Managing and mentoring a team of contracts managers and professionals Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: • 8+ years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal role in the technology field with software/SaaS experience preferred • Leadership experience at the manager or senior manager level. • Proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects and/or contracts • Strong understanding of the technology product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes • Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions • Strong analytical abilities and business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal and written • Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and dependable with deliverables and deadlines • Program management experience a plus • BS/MS in Legal Studies; MBA Business Administration, or related fields a plus Additional Information Work Personas We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
