Our intelligent cloud-based platform seamlessly connects people, systems, and processes to empower organizations to find smarter, faster, and better ways to work. But this is just the beginning of our journey. Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone. Job Description The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence for the Marquee Program will serve as the data and insights lead for our most strategic customer experience. This role blends deep analytical expertise with strong executive storytelling skills. The individual will translate complex, multi-source data into clear, compelling insights that inform executive decision-making and demonstrate the impact and value of Marquee at the highest levels of the organization. A critical component of this role is close partnership with Sales Operations, ensuring Marquee metrics, pipeline influence, revenue attribution, and performance reporting are fully aligned with core GTM operating models and data standards. Key Responsibilities: Data Strategy & Analytics Own the Marquee analytics framework, including KPIs, success metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences. Partner closely with Sales Operations to align Marquee reporting with GTM data models, pipeline definitions, forecasting, and revenue attribution methodologies. Integrate data across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Industry teams into a unified view of Marquee performance. Conduct advanced analysis to surface trends, risks, and opportunities across customer engagement, pipeline influence, revenue impact, and customer outcomes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all Marquee reporting, leveraging Sales Operations standards and processes. Executive Storytelling & Communication Develop executive-level presentations that translate data into clear narratives for senior leadership (ELT, COOs, Presidents). Synthesize complex analyses into concise insights, recommendations, and decision-ready materials. Create board- and exec-ready readouts that articulate the strategic value and ROI of the Marquee program. Anticipate executive questions and proactively build analysis in partnership with Sales Operations and Finance to support strategic discussions. Program & Stakeholder Partnership Act as a trusted thought partner to Marquee leadership, shaping strategy through data-driven insights. Serve as a key interface between Marquee, Sales Operations, Finance, and GTM leadership to ensure alignment and credibility of reporting. Support global and regional leaders with tailored insights while maintaining a consistent global Marquee narrative. Influence prioritization, investment decisions, and program evolution through evidence-based recommendations. Operational Excellence Establish scalable, repeatable reporting processes in partnership with Sales Operations. Drive automation and tooling improvements to improve speed, accuracy, and executive usability of insights. Continuously raise the bar on analytical rigor and executive readiness. Mentor analysts or partner teams as the Marquee BI function scales. Qualifications Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related field. Deep expertise in data analysis, visualization, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SQL). Proven experience building executive-level presentations driven by data (PowerPoint), with strong narrative and visual design skills. Strong understanding of GTM operations, pipeline metrics, and revenue attribution models. Ability to move seamlessly between detailed analysis and high-level strategic storytelling. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority. Preferred Qualifications Experience partnering closely with Sales Operations or Revenue Operations teams. Experience supporting executive programs, strategic customer initiatives, or enterprise GTM motions. Background in management consulting, strategy, or analytics-heavy roles within large, matrixed organizations. Experience working with global teams and regional leaders. Success Profile The ideal candidate is equally credible in the data and in the boardroom—someone who can dive deep into analysis, then step back and clearly articulate what matters most to senior leaders. They bring rigor, clarity, and executive presence, and ensure Marquee decisions are tightly aligned with GTM operations through a strong partnership with Sales Operations.
