Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction | $125K–$150K+ | Huntsville, AL A highly respected commercial construction firm with a strong presence across the Southeast is seeking a proven Senior Project Manager to join their growing Huntsville, Alabama team. This role offers an opportunity to lead high-profile projects from start to finish with a company known for its integrity, craftsmanship, and commitment to client satisfaction.The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, leading project operations from pre-construction through closeout. Key Responsibilities • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Lead project teams through pre-construction planning, subcontractor coordination, and on-site execution. • Oversee cost controls, project documentation, and change orders. • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. • Drive safety, quality, and performance excellence across all projects. • Provide mentorship and direction to assistant project managers and field staff. • Monitor project financials and ensure timely project delivery in alignment with company goals. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (ground-up preferred). • Proven track record managing projects exceeding $10M in value. • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project management software. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
