SMB Account Manager We’re actively seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Account Manager to own the client relationship, ensuring retention, growth, and satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing accounts after onboarding, uncovering revenue opportunities, executing upsells, and building long-term client partnerships that drive business success. What You’ll Do Client Retention & Satisfaction • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and consistent ROI. • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, proactively addressing issues and making recommendations to maximize client results. • Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, helping small business owners succeed through transparency, accountability, and results. Revenue Growth & Upsells • Expansion: Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. • Upselling: Execute upsell strategies to increase client spend while maintaining strong relationships. • Strategic Alignment: Partner with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and with Marketing/Product to influence client-focused initiatives. Collaboration & Insights • AI-Powered Tools: Leverage our industry-leading AI-powered tech stack to manage and grow accounts effectively. • Feedback Loop: Share client insights with internal teams to improve processes, products, and customer experience. • Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with other business units to drive overall client success. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of account management or sales experience in B2B, with a proven track record of retention and upsell success. • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a remote environment. • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into action. • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and client success technologies.
