Service by Medallion is hiring a high-performing sales hunter to drive new revenue growth and win new customers. This is a front-line business development role for someone who thrives on prospecting, building pipelines, and closing deals in the facilities services space. About Us. Reporting to the EVP, Corporate Development, you will own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close and lead the transition of new accounts into operations. You will be responsible for consistently building pipeline, developing opportunities, and delivering measurable growth. Compensation • Base salary: $135,000–$150,000 (DOE) • Commission plan tied to performance and results • Full benefits (health, dental, retirement) • Opportunities for professional growth within a growing organization What You’ll Do • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve new revenue and growth targets • Hunt for new business and generate qualified opportunities • Prospect through networking, social media, associations, and direct outreach • Run the full sales process: discovery, proposals, pricing, presentations, negotiation, close • Respond to RFPs and attend walkthroughs locally and out of state • Promote a multi-service platform including on-demand and specialty service lines • Utilize networking, social media, industry associations, and events to generate qualified leads • Build relationships with decision-makers (IFM / PM leaders and other stakeholders) • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and weekly reporting • Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments for expansion What We’re Looking For • 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in facilities services • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals • Strong prospecting and closing skills with a true hunter mindset • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management • Willingness to travel as needed • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Background check and E-Verify required If you’re a competitive, strategic, self-directed seller who wants real ownership, real opportunity, and a company with momentum, we want to hear from you.
