About the Customer Care Representative As a Customer Care Representative within our County Programs team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service in support of internal and external customers. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate and resourceful and thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration matters. Starting Rate: $20.747 hourly Customer Care Representative Core Responsibilities • Manages supplies • Manages multi-line phone system • Greets/screens/directs visitors • Manages incoming/outgoing mail • Enters/maintains data • Handles maintenance request notifications • Manages documents received • Manages electronic filing • Provides oral/written Spanish interpretation • Processes 3rd party requests What You Bring • High School Diploma or its equivalent and one (1) year experience with office work or as agreed by management and the union • Type 40 words per minute error free • Ability to speak fluent Spanish, preferred • A combination of relevant experience and education considered • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Commitment to person-centered, ethical practice • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Required clearances (Act 33, Act 34, FBI fingerprinting) and drug screening • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in an office environment Who Thrives in This Role We’ve found that people who are: • Empathetic and adaptable • Collaborative and communicative • Self-motivated and reliable Team players with committed to quality customer service …tend to thrive in this role.
