About The Administrative Entity Support Manager Role As a Support Manager within our Administrative Entity (AE) team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring assigned Counties remain compliant with state standard and regulations pertaining to the waiver programs of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). This position is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable about waiver regulations, highly organized, and passionate about equitable access to services. Starting Rate: $46,000/year, based on experience and qualifications Administrative Entity Support Manager Core Responsibilities • Provides oversight of local ID/A System Participates in ODP meetings and trainings • Data Driven Mindset • Interest in Analysis, Interpretation and Trending of Data • Serve as Quality Manager for the County (Responsible for Development, Management and Reporting of QM Plan) • Serve as County Lead for IM4Q Program (Independent Monitoring for Quality) • Assist with Supporting Families Collaborative • Coordinate and lead the AE Human Rights Committee • Proficient in Microsoft Excel What You Bring • A master’s degree and at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, OR • A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, OR • An associate’s degree (or 60 credits) and at least four years of related experience • Strong decision-making, time management, and problem-solving skills • Commitment to compassionate, person-centered support • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Required clearances (Act 33, Act 34, FBI fingerprinting) and drug screening • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in an open office environment • Willingness to travel throughout the service area as needed Who Thrives In This Role We’ve found that people who are: • Advocates for individuals and families • Detail-oriented and dependable • Collaborative and curious • Team players with a commitment to high-quality service delivery …tend to thrive in this role.
