JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly-motivated Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team. This individual will oversee full cycle recruitment in support of all the business’s functions and develop ways to improve efficiency in the hiring process. JOB DESCRIPTION · Provide sound leadership that ensures the delivery of the business’ operational standards in recruitment activities. · Oversee the screening and selection processes for evaluating potential candidates conducted by the recruiting team. · Evaluate the department’s workload in order to guarantee optimal recruitment activity. · Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures. · Collaborate with Human Resources as well as other departmental leaders within the business in determining the current and future talent requirements of the business and those needs unique to each site. · Leverage key dashboard tracking analytics and impact metrics in order to grow a data-driven and technically skilled recruiting team. · Evaluate and introduce alternative strategies and processes in order to continually improve recruiting processes and hence the quality of talent brought into the business. · Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques. JOB REQUIREMENTS: · High School Diploma or G.E.D and a bachelor’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience, with at least five years in a supervisory role. · Proven successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, On-Boarding, and coaching. · Ability to convey information and instructions down the line in a clear and concise manner. · Familiarity with HR practices. · Understanding of fair employment practices. · Proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. · Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, be innovative and willing to take risks, be welcoming to change, and be proactive and self-motivated working under minimal supervision.
