4+ years systems engineering with cloud expertise, Microsoft Teams Voice experience, Azure and AWS knowledge, PowerShell scripting, AD and IAM experience, enterprise environment familiarity, and strong documentation skills.
Job Title: Systems Engineer (Teams Voice) Location: Remote Duration: 3-6 months Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Teams Voice. Manage and maintain Teams Voice and other cloud voice platforms Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline operations. Monitor system performance, availability, and health using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools. Troubleshoot issues and provide tier 2/3 support for cloud-related incidents. Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and Change management records Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices in Microsoft 365. Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency. Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure. Work with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in systems engineering with cloud expertise, specifically Microsoft Teams Voice Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. Experience working in an enterprise or multi-tenant environment. Strong documentation and change management control experience
